McInnis Digital was formed by two brothers who were involved in different but complementary areas of advertising and marketing their entire careers, working for some of the world's largest brands. You can read a little more about us below.

BOB MCINNIS

Managing Partner

A 35-year veteran of print and digital marketing based in Greenport, Bob has helped 1,000’s of small- to mid-sized businesses grow their revenue. He has also conducted countless seminars for local business communities on the subject of marketing strategy and tactics in the US, Canada, and the UK. He is a guest lecturer at Hofstra's Zarb School of Business.

 

Before opening his own agency, Bob was the global account director, digital strategist, and tactician for the international marketing firm Duffy Agency based in Boston and Sweden. His clients included Vinh Hoan (a $300 million Vietnamese aquaculture firm), Inteleos (a $50 million medical device operator certification company), African Bamboo (a sustainable bamboo flooring startup backed by the Ethiopian government), and Morrison Hotel Gallery (representing top music photographers' artwork from the 60's - present).

 

Bob is a board member of the North Fork Chamber of Commerce and has also served on the board of the East End Seaport Museum and the Fire Fighter 9/11 Fireboat Museum. Local clients include Suffolk Security Systems, First And South, Harbor Pet (and their nationally distributed Life Is Grruff baked goods) and Signature Services, LTD. Bob lives full time in Greenport with his wife and three children. He's a graduate of Dartmouth College where he was president of the Dartmouth Entrepreneurs and is still active in Dartmouth's Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship.

LEO MCINNIS

Partner

Leo is a 20 year verteran of digital media. He has worked on the local level running digital advertising in New England for Gatehouse Media who owns 600 local newspapers, The New York Times and Comcast. 


He then moved into the advertising and marketing technology space. There he worked with the most cutting-edge technologies providing quality ad inventory to the biggest ad agencies in the world including HAVAS and Dentsu.


He has recently worked with some of the most sophisticated conversion-based marketing technologies in the world, focusing on conversion-based tactics and customer journeys, managing teams in Boston, NYC, Mexico City and Sao Paulo, Brazil. 


He has managed campaigns for clients including McDonalds, Mayo Clinic, IKEA, JBL, American Express, Raytheon, Walmart and many others.


He is an expert at identifying waste, inefficiencies and unethical practices by advertising media companies to protect his clients and provide industry-leading return on their ad spend.
